The deal, in plain words.

These terms cover OdileUSA L.L.C., trading as Odile Home and as After Hours by Odile (odilelabs.com).

Text messages

Programme. After Hours by Odile, operated by OdileUSA L.L.C., sends transactional text messages about calls to your business. There are two kinds and no others: to a business owner who gave us their mobile number, the name, number and request of each caller their receptionist answered; and to a person who called a customer's published line and hung up without leaving a message, one text noting the missed call and inviting a reply with a good time to call back. We never send marketing texts.

How you opt in. Business owners tick a consent box on the sign-up form at odilelabs.com/signup that is not pre-selected. Consent is not a condition of purchase — leave it unticked and the account is created with texting off. Callers opt in by dialling a customer's line themselves; we never text a number that has not called us, and we never buy or upload lists.

Message frequency. Frequency follows your call volume — one message per call your receptionist answers, and one per missed call.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's rates are between you and them.

Stopping them. Reply STOP to any message to end them, or CANCEL, QUIT, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, STOPALL, OPTOUT or REVOKE. You will get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to turn them back on. Reply HELP for help, or write to tolga@odilewholesale.com.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your information. Mobile numbers and consent to receive texts are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and are never sold. See the privacy policy.

Buying from Odile Home

Prices and availability can change before an order is accepted. We sell to households and to a small number of trade customers; we do not sell for resale without a written agreement.

Returns

Unused goods in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days. Marketplace orders follow that marketplace's own policy.

What we promise, and what we do not

We describe products honestly and ship what is described. We do not promise a service will be uninterrupted, and our liability is limited to what you paid us.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Florida.
