What we collect, and what we never do with it.

This policy covers OdileUSA L.L.C., a Florida limited liability company in Palm Beach County, Florida. OdileUSA L.L.C. trades as Odile Home (home textiles) and as After Hours by Odile, an AI phone receptionist for local service businesses at odilelabs.com. It applies to both.

Text messages and your mobile number

Mobile phone numbers and consent to receive text messages are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and are never sold. Numbers are passed only to the telecommunications provider that carries the message on our behalf, which is what makes delivery possible. No mobile opt-in data is shared with anyone else, for any purpose.

After Hours by Odile sends two kinds of text message and no others. To a business owner who signed up and gave us their mobile number: the name, number and request of each caller their receptionist answered. To a person who called one of our customers' published business lines and hung up without leaving a message: one text noting the missed call, inviting a reply with a good time to call back. We send no marketing texts.

What we collect

For Odile Home: the name, delivery address, email and order details needed to sell and ship a product, plus whatever the marketplace passes us on an order.

For After Hours by Odile: the account holder's name, email and mobile number; and, for each call the receptionist answers, the caller's number, what they said they needed, and a recording and transcript of the call.

Who we share it with

Only the suppliers who make the service work — payment processing, shipping, telephony and hosting — and only the part each one needs. We do not sell personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

Call recording

Florida requires all parties to a call to be told it is recorded, so every After Hours line says so in its opening line, before anything else.

Keeping and deleting it

We keep order records as long as tax law requires. Call recordings and transcripts belong to the business whose line took the call; ask and we will delete them. Write to tolga@odilewholesale.com to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you.
